Oct 29, 2008 Ethan Offenbecher is Awarded CCIM Designation
Coldwell Banker Commercial Offenbecher, (http://www.offenbecher.com ) a leading Pierce County commercial real estate firm, announced today that Vice President, Ethan Offenbecher, successfully completed his CCIM designation.
A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation is earned by the CCIM Institute (www.CCIM.com ) designating a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. Only 6 percent of the estimated 150,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide hold the CCIM designation, which reflects not only the caliber of the program, but also why it is one of the most coveted and respected designations in the industry. The CCIM designation is awarded upon successful completion of a graduate-level education curriculum and presentation of a portfolio of qualifying industry experience. The curriculum addresses: financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis and investment analysis – the cornerstones of commercial investment real estate. CCIM’s are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis. The CCIM business network encompasses 1,000 markets throughout North America, Asia, Europe and the Caribbean. Ethan Offenbecher attended Washington State University and earned his undergraduate degree at Seattle University after which he helped launch a commercial real estate firm. Ethan chose the CCIM education as a way to ensure that clients of Coldwell Banker Commercial Offenbecher are provided the best resources, analysis, and marketing tools available in the industry. |
