Puyallup, WA (January 15, 2018)–Keller Williams Realty Professionals, launched a Puyallup based commercial division of Keller Williams Realty. The new commercial center will operate as KW Commercial Offenbecher (www.kwcoffenbecher.com).

The new Commercial Division in Puyallup will provide commercial real estate services to clients in partnership with other KW Commercial Division offices around the nation. KW Commercial provides integrated real estate services for clients in virtually any market worldwide. KW Commercial’s core disciplines include: Industrial, Office, Investment Sales, Retail Services, Nonprofit and Municipal Services, Business Opportunities, Land Brokerage, and Multi-Family.

In Puyallup, the KW Commercial Division will be headed by two senior commercial directors/brokers, Jonathan Harper, the Director of Commercial Sales and Leasing and Steve Offenbecher, CCIM, Managing Broker, and Senior Property Manager. Both Brokers have extensive commercial backgrounds in several disciplines working in local and regional markets. The initial thrust of their practice will be to continue servicing the commercial client needs from Offenbecher Commercial.
